Self Development Modules

The self development module is designed to encourage the students to build on more individual strengths and to overcome challenges, the concepts and strategies in the modules have been developed from evidence based psychological practice, primarily Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of psychotherapy that is based on the theory that unhelpful negative emotions and behaviors are strongly influenced by problematic cognition (thoughts).
